  • Move brake pedal even further back?

2011 Chevy Avalanche: No matter how I move the driver seat or the power adjustable pedals, the brake pedal is still uncomfortably close. Is there a way for a mechanic to somehow move the pedal (or its assembly) back an inch or so?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Can and should a landlord charge late fees for late fees?

Say rent is $500 due on the 1st and the late charge is $1 per day. The tenant pays the rent on the 15th, but only pays the $500. Can and should late fees continue to be accrued because the late fees have not been paid?

Similarly, let's say the rent is $500 and there is an additional $5 fee for a parking permit, which needs to be paid with the next month's rent. On the 1st of the month, the tenant pays $500, but not the $5 for the parking permit. Can and should late fees be charged until the $5 is paid (and the additional late fees)?

  • Why are my sunfish infected with small black worms?

We are fishing in northern Minnesota this weekend, and many of the fish we are catching (mostly sunfish) are infected with worms. We can't eat them! Anyone know what's going on?

  • Selling MN car in FL?

I need to sell my car with MN plates and registration in FL. If I sell it with its current plates and registration, do I simply need to sign over the title card? Is any other documentation and/or paperwork needed since it is an out of state car going most likely to a FL resident? Or is it better to get the car registered in FL before I attempt to sell it?

Any help or suggestions of web resources would be greatly appreciated!
