  • My iPod crash. what do you think happened? do you have any suggestions?

    I charged my iPod thru my desktop computer. Since iTunes is not installed in the PC and computer does not recognize the iPod, I took it out of the USB port when it was fully charged. The iPod just shut down suddenly and I can't open it anymore. What do you think happened? What should i do? do you have any suggestions? BTW, its still under warranty, i just bought it.
