My iPod crash. what do you think happened? do you have any suggestions?

try holding down the 'turn off' button at the top TOGETHER with the 'home button' at the bottom, until you see a black screen with s/t that looks like the iTunes logo and the iPod USB cable.

one u see that stop holding the 'turn off and home' button, and wait until the iPod reboots.

Try energy reset attach the ipod to the laptop and toggle the maintain transfer make certain the maintain is off press and maintain the menu and the middle button at the ipod concurrently till you spot an apple emblem this must paintings..............
