I have work for a huge Auto group selling a highly in demand vehicle for over 5yrs.

My General Manager gave me a surprise stating that he will be transferring me to another dealership within the company. The other dealership has a very low sales records, obviously by moving me it will impact my income a great deal financially. No sensible reason has been given for this transfer.

Do I have a case against the company? If I decided not to take the transfer can I collect unemployment based on this situation?

Help! I have very limited time to make a decision.

My best friend recently admitted that he has been seeing a married woman for a year and that they are deeply in love. According to my friend she has not been sleeping with her husband for almost a year since the husband has been sleeping on the couch for 2yrs. If a father has a 24 Hrs visitation rights every other saturday as per court of law orders, does a mother have rights to keep a child away from the father reason being the child has a fever? Beside father's wish to keep mother well informed on the child’s condition throughout the visitation. Text msg from Mother “I will keep child @ home she wants me when sick. I engaged my ex-girlfriend with a $2500.00 worth of a diamong/gold rock. (I'm not bragging). As time went by I noticed she wasn't wearing the shiny ring. Mr. DING approves Mr. XX to move in on a "verbal agreement" as a roommate.

XX is not listed on the lease thus only binding Mr. DING and the landlord. Landlord was made aware of Mr. XX before he moved in.

Mr. XX true colors start to show clearer among them cleanliness/periodically late with the rent/utilities e.t.c he has stopped paying for everything. Mr. XX own a bed & 21 inch TV everything else belong to Mr. DING.

Mr. DING has informed the landlord of the unwanted roommate a notice was sent to MR. XX via email by Mr. DING 0n September 11TH asking him to move out by Sept 30TH. Come October 1st, 2nd then 3rd Mr. XX defied the notice, when confronted he verbally promised to be out October 15TH. Mr. DING has a four & a half yrs old daughter she visits two overnights a week and could use the room.

QUESTION: In the State of Massachusetts can Mr. DING change locks come October 15TH and if NO, what are Mr. DING’S options?

I have NERO, DVD shrink and an external Maddog DVD burner. I have been backing up DVD file without headaches but just recently backing up dvd files has turned to be a nightmare. I keep getting an error message "Burn process failed at 2.4x (3,324 KB/s)" soon after the burning start. HELP (:

I have NERO Vision Express 2 OEM and DVD SHRINK installed to back up DVD files.

Every time I try to back up a DVD file (Analysing at 18%) I get the following error message:

“ DVDShrink encountered an error and cannot continue.

Failed to read file “E:\”

Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

I have tried to find updates for NERO Vision Express 2 OEM to no success.

I have backed up several DVD files before. Where I’m I going wrong and what is the problem here?

Are there any other software similar to DVD shrink and NERO out there that I can work with like I did before?

My daughter said to me they’ve been going for trips to the casino with this new guy, my daughter and my Ex-wife’s parents. NOW! Is it ethical to have my daughter sleep in the same bed with this guy and my Ex in one bed and her parents in the other bed at a hotel room?

Legally can I stop this behavior, do I have the rights to demand this guy’s background info in the state of Mass for the best interest of my 4 yrs old daughter's safety. Obviously this relationship seem not right?

I’m in a thinking process of voluntary repo of a vehicle that I can’t afford due to the mess that comes up after an ugly divorce. I bought a family car (2004 Buick Rainer) in my name payoff $21,000. KBB Private Sale is $15,000. My wife backed out of her half left me with a payment of $720 a month causing serious delinquencies on my credit now I can’t trade it in, I can’t refinance due to my affected credit score, I can’t sell coz the bank won’t release the title without full payoff.. I have thought of many options voluntary Repo being the last. How can I get out of this loan without hurting my credit? What are my options ? Please advice.
