A question for the soldiers fighting in Iraq & their relatives...?

How would you like to "protest" at the funeral of those who protest at the funerals of your fallen comrades/relative?

They feel it's their right to not leave the dead in peace & this question is not to incite hate or war, but to hopefully make the protesters rethink their views.

Update:

Yep, we should pay respects to the fallen. May they find eternal peace...

If het dared to make a commotion at my son's funeral. My mates and I would put them in hospital before the police could get them.

Then they could re-think their views in bed for a few weeks.

  • If someone was protesting at my husbands funeral, I would go crazy on them. The police wouldn't have time to get there to arrest cause I would be arrest for beating the tar out of them. They don't know how to leave enough alone. Yea there are people who don't agree with why the military is over doing what they are doing, but my God, let them rest in peace, and leave the families alone. I wouldn't dare protest at anyones cause of what they are doing for us. People can be so rude sometimes, they have no respect for the military nor themselves! Would they protest at their child's funeral??? I think not!

I think any family anywhere in the world should be able to lay their loved ones to rest in peace. If you are protesting the war go to Washington DC. Not small town America and try and upset a family that has already suffer such a loss. Luckily the Patriot Guard have screened the protesters from the families of two of my friends who were killed in Afghanistan. I'm not sure I could control myself if I was there. We fight to protect the constution and people of the USA but is doesn't mean we have to like them all.
