I forgot my aim password and when i clicked FORGOT PASSWORD it wanted me to give billing information.?

Question

I really need my password back because I had a lot of people i would really like to keep in touch with. But when i clicked FORGOT PASSWORD it wanted me to enter the code shown and after than it asked for my ACCOUNT HOLDER name and phone number...and the last 4 digits of the previously used payment method...its really disappointing if anyone could HELP PLZZZ

Unfortunately America On-Line has security practices in force that are almost impossible to get around. I say almost because there might be someone out there who can but I am not one of them. You will have to call them to get this streightened out. For Paying Customers call 1-800-827-6364 24 - 7 support. Don't know how to get free support if you are using the free e-mail address.  Good Luck

Well do you use AOL as a browser..If so get with the new millenium..AOL is old and gone my friend..If you just have AOL IM....which is free.....they should'nt be asking you about phone number and billing info....
