How many satelites are up in space?

current or offline? how many are up there. Someone said 3000 another guy said 25.

    More of a friend to you than Wikipedia, www.nasa.gov/j-track and look at the satellites shown there. ( at least go to nasa.gov and search for j-track, I may not have it right)
