If the children are mentally incapacitated, or challenged, there is very little they are aware of.

Its the parents, who stick by their side who are saints, giving up their retirement years (we all see them) to care for their developmentally challenged child.

A definition of negative stereotyping would be a bunch of morons calling these kids "Retards who are useless burdons on society, and will likely never contribute anything good to mankind."

Solutions? There are none. Contrary to what they tell you in school, gov't programs and wasted tax dollars do nothing but create massive cash cow beacracies that create more problems than they solve. Thats why "special" interest groups keep expanding. To "heal" previous problems created by them in the first place.

Tell that to someone with a very high IQ, or a master economist and you'll get an A+++

Tell it to your teacher and you'll get an F.
