Does anyone know of some free video editing software?
I am looking for some free video editing software I can download. The only criteria I have is that I need it to be able to make pictures into a film (any normal format will do), but at a frame rate of at least 30 (different pictures) per second.
Adobe Premier Pro does this... but unfortuently I cant get it LEGALLY for free.
If anyone knows of some software that might help me, please answer!

reardwen: thanks for your help, but movie maker wont allow pictures to be shown at more than 8 per second. I need it at atleast 30 per second!
