How Much Did/Will You Spend for Valentine's Day?
This article, "The Cost of Showing You Care" [http://shopping.yahoo.com/articles/yshoppingarticl... says Americans will spend $17 BILLION dollars for Valentine's Day! Wow.
I'm just curious how much people on here have spent for Valentine's Day...
1) Cards/gifts for family = $
2) Cards/gifts for friends = $
3) Cards/gifts for co-workers = $
4) Card/gift/date for significant other = $

To It's Just Me: I don't think that's cheap. I am a big believer in "it's the thought that counts." I'm just truly curious.

Significant other, I spent about lil over 120$.
Flowers 2 weeks before Valentines day, Ear Rings another day. And lotions this weekend. I dont believe in waiting for one particular day to express my love for her.

1 red rose and a little hersheys kisswith a card. about 10 bux. yeh tell me if im cheap but atleast i aint one of those guys thinking that they need to buy like 10 dozen roses to impress thier valentines.

well, i don't like to spend that much money and i never really have a v-day person, so nothing really...lol but if i did and it had been our second, i'd spend about $50 to $75 on the person...lol
