Do text messages sent over a long distance to a friend using the same service provider count as extra?

I'm using Rogers for my cell phone, and currently, I have a cheap $3 plan for 35 monthly messages. Obviously, that isn't enough.

The plan can be found here. http://www.rogers.com/web/content/wireless-plans/e...

I just can't seem to find what I'm asking for in the FAQ.

So I'm planning to get more messages, but I also want to know about this.

I have friends who do live quite a distance from here. Two questions:

a) From here in Markham, Ontario to Oakville (Fido, still part of Rogers)

b) From here to another province, Rogers phone to Rogers.

Would those text messages be included in my 35/125/2500 text messages plan? Or would they charge me extra?
