Can this be classified as a High End Computer?

    yes it can

    of course its not the very best... but its deff up there

    great for gaming and multitasking

    should handle just about any task that you would throw at it

    i give it about a 7 out of 10. the 4gigs of ram is good, but you weakest link is the 32bit system, and the video card. other than that, its a pretty good system.
