-upper body lifting every other day

-running 2 miles in the morning and at night, everyday

(walking high incline 3min, sprinting high incline 1min, back and forth till 2 miles is up)

diet-

very healthy, no junk food at all

drink only water/lowfat milk/"healthy" juices

tons of veggies and fruits

total calorie intake about 2-2.5k daily

alright so right now i have a 94 mustang gt, and im looking to buy a new car that is going to be a more track/drag car.

im ether buying a 87-92 fox mustang or a 85-90 corvette.

now i could tell you anything about the ford 5.0 and how to make power out of those, for example, the heads/intake are the most restricitve part on those engines.

now my question is, for the l98 350s the vettes have, how would you go about making 300rwhp n/a?

can a cam and full exhuast do it? or will you need heads too?

just wondering if any foriegn or domestic car companies give out horsepower ratings to the wheels instead of the flywheel...my friend insists that honda does...but that doesnt make any sense to me...bc why would a company want to advertise a lower number then it has too?

okay guys, i have a 94 mustang gt and i was looking into my next car...i dont know to much about Pontiac's or Chevy's.. so which do you think is the better car? engine? transmission? suspension? mods?

ok so i have a automatic (aode) mustang gt. which is basically stock except for intake and straight pipes on exhaust

i have the chance to pick up a 70mm throttle body for my stang brand new for only 35 bucks. is it worth getting this, and will i see any performance increases since my car is still basically stock?

also i want to put 4.10s in there, as of now i have 2.73s (stock). my car is my daily driver, but i want more accleration. also i dont care about gas mileage becausei already accepted the fact that i get horrible mpgs...so im over it ha

ok, i have a red 1994 mustang gt.

the paint is oxidized, and i was told by a auto detail shop that it cannot be repaired from waxing or polishing.

so i have gotten two estimates for a new paint job

place A - 2,000 dollars

place B - 499.95 (sale originally 599.95)

ok, i know paint jobs are expensive and i do not want a crappy paint job...so i am a lil afraid to get the 499.95 paint job. i asked him why the low price compared to competitors and his explanation was that the place owns a paint manufacturing company so they dont get charged for buying paint.

also, the cheaper place that only charges 499.95 for a full paint job has been in bussiness for over 40 years.... which gives them some trust and has been recommened to me by my uncle.

any suggestions would be great!

also do you think its worth it putting forth around 500 dollars for a paint job for a car that's worth around 4,000 dollars? thanks a lot

ok, i have a red ( i believe its laser red) paint on my stang...but because of its age...and sunlight hitting it the paint looks very dull or oxidized in some spots. i have used a couple differet polishes and waxes ... which hae helped but still....is no where near a new cars look.

anyway...i have a friend who says he can professionally sand/buff/polish it for around 125 bucks.... he says it will all look shiny again...but i have my doubts

do you guys think its worth the money? and if so will it even work? because its deff not worth getting a 3000 dollar paint job..whenever i spent 2000 on the car lol.

o btw...the clear coat is great condition.

i recently bought a stock 1994 mustang gt ( 5.0l v8). it was only 1800 dollars and has 113,000 miles on it. everything mechanical works great and has had good regular maintenance on it. also a mechanic has looked at it and said the enine and transmisison is also in good condition.

now i understand 113,00 miles is alot...but for being 14 years old thats not to bad....i was just wondering how much longer i could expect to keep using it before i start to have major problems?

also it has always had a automatic transmission in it...so it has not been abused.

ok... so i am 16... i i work a lot and i am saving up to buy my first car.... i will have about 4-5000 dollars to spend up my first car... i would prefer a car with less then 100,000 miles...also a car that wont need to be repaired every week....also i want a a imported 90`s sports/coupe car.... and i dont care that my insurance will be more expensive because of that...

anyway a couple cars i have considered are

-eclipse 95-99 model non-turbo

-eclipse 90-94 model plus a new body kit

-nissan 240sx 1995

- toyota celica ...any year

-nissan 300zx

-mazda mx-6

- integra ... 95 or later

any other suggestions please tell me...remember i want a fast car with good handeling....plus nice gas mileage would be cool

i wish i could afford a rx-7 or 98 supra....maybe someday haha
