Will jogging harm my pulled hamstring?
So far it has been 23 days and my hamstring still hasn't healed. It's the upper hamstring just below the butt. What do you think I should do while I'm rehabbing? Is it all rightt to do the stairmaster? The stairmaster you just push down with your legs and they never hit the ground. Please help! Thanks!

less exercise will for sure make it heal faster. stretch and use ice daily

You really need to stay off it, unfortunately. 23 days - see a doctor.
