What can I do to stay active?

Right now I have a pulled hamstring and I run cross-country. What exercises should I do until my hamstring heals? Does biking or swimming harm the muscle? I know not to run. Thanks!

    DOn't bike. Swimming would probably be okay. Consult a doctor on this one. YOu might be better off just focusing on getting better as fast as possible instead of trying to stay active and causing yourself to be out for a longer period of time.

    i think biking would be ok. you work your quadriceps more than your your hamstrings when you bike.
