Do you think I got out of shape?

I'm 14 years old and haven't ran in 22 days because of my pulled hamstring. I have been swimming using the things where you don't use the legs and have been lifting weights for 1-2 hours per day. Someone said I going to take 2-3 more days to heal. Do you think I'll stay the same if I start running in 2 days? Thanks

    you will definitely not be at where you were when you pulled it , but because you have been working out otherwise you could get back in shape in like two weeks, good luck!
