Is there a Yahoo Messenger virus on the loose?
I am trying to chat my friend and there seems to be some complaints about not being able to open the Yahoo Messenger
The problems seem to be regional. I wonder if it is related to any Smartbro issues.

It could be yahoo having tech problems again.
You might need to reinstall your IM. You will need to uninstall the one you have now before installing another one. If you are using IM 9 you might need to switch to another one. Try this site it has all the older versions of yahoo messengers. This is what I had to do. Yahoo IM 9 did not work for me. I have vista and 9 does not work well with vista & XP. Hope this helps!!!

Many are having problems logging into anything Yahoo lately. They have been doing maintenance on their sites, hoping it won't take long to fix and thanking us for our patience. Some keep getting kicked off the messenger, some can't log in at all. While others are unable to even access their email.

i cannot sign in to yahoo messenger now,one moment I can't sign in then few minutes ago i can sign in ,then my brother tried to sign in and he can't so I tried signing in using my ID again and i can't sign in. I'm having the error message.

there are time yahoo messenger works today there are times it didn't.
I wonder whats wrong with yahoo messenger, I thought it was only me.
