Who makes this doll and where to buy it?
I was recently in Hong Kong SOGO department store(the big one). I saw this adorable baby doll. I think it is made by a japanese company as all the writing on the box was in japanese. The doll looks like one on their animation characters. It had big eyes, cute small nose, and short bangs and straight hair. There are coordinating outfits you can buy for them. The baby girl doll came in brunette and blonde colored hair. It retails for 260HKD-380HKD. I really want it for my daughter but forgot to buy it. If any of you have info on it I would greatly appreciate it.
I am posting this ques in the asia forum since I found this doll in HK.

It's hard to say... that could describe any number of dolls marketed in Asia.
One possibility may be the Blythe dolls made by Takara:
