Majority of Muslims I know drink alcohol and do drugs have sex before marriage. But then, they go home/ mosque (haha) and pretend to be good little Muslims.

i.e girls that wear their head scarfs would take them off while they go off to party and then put them back on to pretend like they are religious. most of them I have met are the biggest hypocrites ever when it comes to religion and being religious

  • Where I'm from (Norway), the majority of Christians are not allowed to drink beer (or other alcohol). I guess we can agree that despite this, Norway is not a major threat to world peace. So probably the answer to your question is "no".

If you don't like my Norwegian-centric answer, consider the Mormons in Utah...

the uncomplicated ruling on food and drinks is that issues are halaal, different than for those that are extremely defined in sharee’ah as being haraam, which comprise alcoholic beverages. If the drink includes any intoxicating substance, that is haraam. in this foundation it ought to be stated that beer (a drink created from barley), in spite of if that is intoxicating whilst under the impression of alcohol in great quantities, then it is not permissible to drink it. It became into stated that the Prophet (peace and advantages of ALLAAH be upon him) stated: “each and every intoxicating substance is haraam.” (Narrated by skill of al-Bukhaari, al-Ahkaam, 6637) And it became into narrated that ‘Aa’ishah stated: “The Messenger of ALLAAH (peace and advantages of ALLAAH be upon him) stated: ‘each and every intoxicating substance is haraam, and in spite of intoxicates in great quantities, a handful of that is haraam.’” (Narrated by skill of al-Tirmidhi, al-Ashribah, 1789; classed as saheeh by skill of al-Albaani in Saheeh Sunan al-Tirmidhi, 1521). Al-Teebi stated: “ ‘a handful of it’ is an expression meaning a small volume.” And ALLAAH knows terrific. Islam Q&A Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid (as quickly as we visited Saudi final summer time I had MOUSSY for the 1st time... it became into very sturdy!! *smile*)
