  • Magic sing philippines song chip?

Hi, bought a magic sing recently. its a enter tech branded one. A few days later we bought a song chip for it which came with around 900 songs on it. after getting it home we noticed most the songs were ones we had never heard of before. it cost the same price as most the other chips yet it had allot more songs on it. My question is the chips with less songs on do they have more known songs on them rather than majority with P.D next to them. By the way what does the P.D stand for in the (version of) and (composed by) field in the song book

  • Subaru Shudder at upwards of 50kph?

Have a 97 250t legacy that i bought on the cheap. Just to let you no first i am a ex mechanic. So i don't want to hear it, wheel balance, tyre inflation basic answer stuff. the reason I'm asking is because I'm a lazy prick and cant be bothered jacking the car and spinning it up to get the shudder if it a known problem on subaru's that someone can point out to me. I will let you no as far as i have gone and other potential causes:

1.i have tried 2 sets of wheels with no change to condition

    2. checked handbrake it not bineding and also checked rear drive shafts at same time. All fine there

3.put fwd fuse in and problem still exists

4.done full lock test to check trans 4wd centre diff, fine

    5. tyre pressures weights and alignment fine and there is no pulling through steering.

    6. no wheel bearing play or tie rod play

    7. brakes are not binding

now the area that i have not checked and also suspect where the shudder may be coming from are the inner cv. these will need to come off for the boots to be replaced as they split and the previous owner lived on long gravel road so possibly the joints have grit and other **** in them. the other area i thought it maybe coming from is the main drive shaft hanger bearing but i have not been under the car to check the condition of it. Just to sum up the shudder happening upwards of 50kmph at its worst around 80kph then almost gone at 110kph. it is not a light shudder it is moderate.

  • Manila Airport to Makati?

Heading to Manila around mid July. My flight gets in around 7:30 pm on a Saturday. On the Hotel bookings i see it states its a 45min drive from the airport but it only 8km. I no Manila has a reputation for having bad traffic but even on a saturday night is it likely it take that long the drive.

The other thing I will be returning back to Manila after my time in the Philippines, are there any decent hotels closer to the airport around 3000 to 3500p a night.

  • What is the name of the movie Jackie Cheng stars in?

I am trying to find the name of a movie i recently watched on Singapore airlines. It was a all chinnese film with english subtitles. Jackie and another were left to look after a baby for a few weeks until their leader got out of jail. The baby was stolen from its parents for money. Those are the main parts i remember.

  • Laser cutter not cutting?

Hi there I have a fairly new laser cutter. For a start it is made in China and uses a 60watt glass tube for cutting. the tube cracked after one week of use and has not worked since. I have tried two brand new tubes but every time it goes to cut you here a very high pitched noise coming from the laser power box. (like some one running their fingers down a black board) The company i bought it off have been next to useless at helping. I have disconnected the tube and applied power and the noise does not change, this makes me think there could be an open circuit somewhere after the power leaves the power box. How do you test the laser tube by multimeter and what results should you expect to see? also could this sound like a problem with the power box? maybe a blown capacitor or the like? I would prefer the safe way of testing as i don't fancy getting zapped just yet

  • getting cat to walk on lead.?

I have a oriental cat that i paid allot of money for so i don't like to let her outside on her own because it seems to be a big problem now of cats being stolen and we also live near a main road. She is smart but does not like walking on the lead. she will either back away from it when you start to pull on it or fall on the ground and not even make a effort to walk. Is there anyway to encourage her to walk on the lead?

  • Why is Singapore full of the nicest people in the world?

I have just returned to New Zealand after spending a week over there. I just can't stop thinking about the place. Everybody I dealt with were very friendly and helpful and carried a very warm smile. Oh and not to forget all the pretty woman. I really miss Singapore
