How strong do you think I am?

I'm in 8th grade and I can lift a 60 pound bar up 5 times doing bicep curls. How many times a week should I work my arms?

    Arms are week, chest cannot lift much. Your strongest useful muscles are all these in your legs and in your back. They both can pull and push very hard and they prevent injuries.

    Idiots train their arms and chests way too much. In sports, at work and in every activity, even throwing a ball, you legs and back are used way over the arms. In baseball, out of a 95mph fastball, 50 comes from the leg push, 30 from the back and deltoids.

    Same goes for a slap shot, a smash, a jump, a spear thrust, lifting a box, etc.

    So yer when you lift a big heavy box always remember to use your back,,........'wotda..???
