I'm being impersonated?

I am being impersonated by another user, calling himself "Doom Shepherd Clone 2012."

He is apparently a 2012-obsessed maniac who is upset that I am answering people's questions about those conspiracy theories in a way that does not agree with his own.

I have reported him, of course, but is there anything else YA can do about him? Preferably, something like an IP ban?

Update:

He's now changed his name, but is still trolling the Astronomy section, using parts of several users' names.

    Yahoo! does not exercise IP blocks, certain not on the service of Yahoo! Answers. You should continue to report this user to the customer care team using the following link:

    Ensure to post the topic as other and include as much details as possible, including a link to the user's profile page. In the meantime I would recommend blocking this user if you have to do so.
