Air-Asia looking for Pilot?

Air-Asia is looking for " no flying experience " Pilot , can i apply with my 30 years class 3 driven licence ? is Air Asia paid well ?

    even ground staff (not counter/ticketing) get at least RM4000 per month.. trust me, when i say AirAsia even better than MAS.. as for now..
