Limiting Connection speed Graboid takes up?

I'm using a program called graboid to download high quality videos and such. When I use it, it takes up the full internet connection making it very slow for other computers on the same network. Unlike other downloading clients, I can't seem to find a place to set a max speed limit. Is there anything I can do to limit the max internet connection speed this program uses? Perhaps there's program that can't set this limit for a computer in general?
