I have some funds in my paypal account I'd like to withdraw. The problem is my bank account's first name is different than my Paypal account's first name. A withdrawal won't process if the names don't match.

Paypal has a process you can go through to change the name on your account providing the necessary documents and bank statements.

Wouldn't it be easier to create a second account, send yourself the money, close the first account(the one with the wrong name) and continue from there? Could paypal find out if I have 2 personal accounts with in such a short time and what would they do if they did find out? I'm aware you're only allowed a personal and business or premier account.

I'm just wondering if it's necessary to worry if someone knows your Internal IP address. Not the external IP people see when you access the internet. But the internal address you have that identifies you to your router. Yours and mines should look like this : 192.168.x.xxx

I'm using a program called graboid to download high quality videos and such. When I use it, it takes up the full internet connection making it very slow for other computers on the same network. Unlike other downloading clients, I can't seem to find a place to set a max speed limit. Is there anything I can do to limit the max internet connection speed this program uses? Perhaps there's program that can't set this limit for a computer in general?

I remember watching this tv show where this man who is financially sponsored by another person is trying to win back money he had lost in vegas. He goes around the tables (being quite an expert at various games) helps complete strangers win money. I think he helps the person and offers a refund if they lose..I remember it being some tourists and he helped them turn 100 dollars to 500 or something. He then went to a table and unfortunately lost a couple grand.

I have this friend in Romania that wants to send a necklace to me. She said that you apparently can't send white gold.Is there a certain process you can go through to send such a thing? The necklace isn't valued at 2K or anything..It's like 200 tops, nothing intensively valued. it's just that I know that she could probably take it on a plane and come here and give it to me but that will be a while. How come you can't just send it and if you can, please tell me how.

I've recently been showed items on ebay by a friend that I might be interested in. Ironically, pay pal is the ONLY payment option...(Ebay owns Pay pal)...I would only need to make a payment of no more than 20 dollars. If I make a pay pal account and credit it 20 dollars, purchase an item and wait for the transaction to complete, could I immediately cancel my account thereafter or would some fees be applied? I've also heard stories from my friends that PP sometimes holds or freezes or even pulls out funds. I've also heard of people having their paypal accounts hacked...Not a happy ending for most of them. I'm a bit paranoid about using it now, any advice on what I should do? I'm on a light budget and would like to minimize spendings.
