Will I lose muscle mass from running?

I am 14 years old. I weight lift 3 days a week and run 6 days a week. 8% of my body is fat. It seems like I'm not gaining or losing muscle. I like both but I don't want to lose muscle mass.

try working out on a four day schedule

day 1:run your hardest you should be hurting tomorrow

day 2: run even harder than day 1 even though your tired and hurting. you should be dead by the end of this day

day 3: a conversational run this run should be easy dont strain yourself. like a cooldown except this is all your doing. make sure your muscles arent tight stretch them out over and over again until there loose. dig your palm into your muscles it will push them apart and help them stay loose longer.

day 4: do nothing that will work your muscles. keep them loose stretch a lot. today your muscles will heal and get ready for the process to start all over again your muscles will grow on this day

you can do this for lifting to just change running to lifting and on day three just lift less weight. you shouldnt lose muscle from running unless your running stairs or not used to running on a hard surface try running on dirt or grass to lower the strain on your muscles. also a good pair of running shoes will also help you avoid that strain too. nike shoes will most likely cause strain they make really bad running shoes now. try ascics or mizuno
