Where is the best place to eat on the vegas strip?

I am taking my wife for her birthday during the week of july 4th. I want to take her to atleast one nice restruant that I cant go wrong with. Im know of a few such as emerills delmonico steakhouse, spago's, eiffel tower resturaunt, but dont know which one to choose. She hasn't ever really been impressed with a nice restraunt and dont really care for "fine" cusine, nor does she try new things often. She is just a country girl that didn't get out much, she loves italian, mexican, and your traditional american food, so with that said, where should we go? If you know of another place that is very romantic, let me know. I am looking to spend less than $150 for the 2 of us. Thanks

THE Steak House in Circus Circus (lower level) is quiet, elegant and not what you'd expect inside such a busy hotel. You won't find a better cut of filet mignon and the chocolate desserts are yummy. You'll get a good wine list there too. What I liked most about THE Steak House is that it wasn't as crowded as bigger places. It's a well kept secret.

Try Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace. You may end up going slightly over $150, but it's worth it. The filet mignon is soooo good!

*secret tip* if you have any harrah's players card, doesnt matter which level, you can access their lounge behind the Caesar's Casino high rollers room. they have free food (mostly asian cuisine) and FREE alcohol. all you gotta do is tip the waitress a couple bucks per drink and they will bring you everything you can drink. dont be shy, just walk in like you belong and they will treat you like a high roller. trust me my friends and i hang out in here all the time.

I would try the buffet at Wynn where she can enjoy all kinds of food. You can top off the dinner by ordering (extra $) for wine
