This is most probably simply to do with the fact that the large majority of people have greater co-ordination in the right-side of their bodies, with approximately 90% of the population being right-handed.
However, there have always been associations, throughout many different cultures, between inferiority, bad luck and left-orientation

because if they are called "two right feet", then they will not be considred as weak dancer. "right" is simply associated with the right one or the strongest one so better to used the "two left feet".

Because, rightly or wrongly, if you said someone danceds with "tw right feet" it would be taken to mean that he was a fantastic dancer. I know it's silly, but such is language.

good question. i think it might have something to do with the fact that the male always starts off on the left foot. the saying goes "ladies are always right" (step back with right foot during waltz, escorted on right side). So if the couple is not good at dancing, the male is suppose to be in charge, so its his fault. ?? just a thought,

It can be both although usually you don't start with your left feet...

It can be both, it all depends if the person is left handed or right handed, the thing is, he or she can't dance at all.
