use of the word of captivating.?
I told my boyfreind he was "captivating' - of course it was meant as a compliment but he took as a insult - thinking it meant to hold someone captive.
basicly i want peoples opinions of if you would think of being told you were captivating - if you would think of it as a insult or compliment.???

I would take it as a compliment.....
Maybe he didnt understand what the word meant....explain it to him??
