I told my boyfreind he was "captivating' - of course it was meant as a compliment but he took as a insult - thinking it meant to hold someone captive.

I have noticed alot of state camping facilities allow pets, but i cant find anywhere how many ? i have 3 dogs.

yes i know they are cheap and thats what makes them popular, but i have found towns where i would say 75% of housing is mobile homes and a town a few miles away where there is mostly "real" stick built houses , and expensive ones at that.

Most of these towns that have mostly mobile homes are quite nice towns- the homes are on huge lots, and are well taken care of - so im NOT talkin about the over populated mobile home parks located in the ghetto part of town where thats all the people could afford was a mobile home.

Maybe they can not dig foundations because of maybe ground water levels, or maybe theres to much ledge in the ground?? maybe the towns do not allow foundations to be dug?

Someone enlighten me !!??

i have a smaller house with no bath rm on the 1st floor &1 on the 2nd, well its a inconveinence especially to guests-so i was going to add a half bath on 1st fl- problem is theres only a small space that i could easily sacrafice- and my plan would include a really small sink, i planned on custom making the sink (out of tile and mounting faucet into wall) to fit the spot since there's no average sink that would fit.

Then recently i came across advertisements in my area for homes that had quater baths.

i never heard of these but discovered they are just toilet rms w/ no sink.

Although i never thought of not adding a sink- now that i looked at these really nice houses with a toilet only rm, im questioning how appealing is it?

i just want to know peoples opinion-if you looked to purchase a starter style house(1500 sq ft)that only had 1 bathroom upstairs, would it be appealing or appauling to have a small toilet rm on the 1st fl? or will the avg person see this is a bad use of space?

i own a stock that voluntarily delisted off the open market last year and is now a pink sheet, the brokerage firm i have the account with does allow for otcbb trades. only problem is - since this stock is not often traded- when i go to put in my sell order- it is not taken since there is no trading going on (no volume to base the order on). So i guess im just looking for advice on how to sell this stock, Maybe i should just check in everyday untill i see some action of other orders going through and hope for a buyer? Is there another way?

I am trying to get a idea of how much blown in insulation put in the exterior walls costs on average- if you have had this done on your house please let me know how much it costs you- and how large your house is in square feet. any info you have would be greatly appreciated!! I want to make sure im not paying to much! thanks

i have a roof- that does not leak but looks terrible- there was a new addittion put on the house a few years ago (before i purchased it) and when the roof was put on - it does not match the old roof by shingle type- or by the level of it, the old roof is higher. very poor quality.! im wondering if anyone ran across this problem and if it can be fixed rather then redoing the whole roof?? the house is in albany area ny, anyone have experience with how much this will cost??if there are any contractors willing to quote it -i have a picture availble. email me at mbhoakct76@yahoo.com for a photo.
