Who do you think is the strongest guy in each weight class?
Tell me who you think is the strongest in 135, 145,155, 170, 185, 205. We all know who's the strongest guy in the heavyweight division.

135-Miguel Torres. He doesn't look like much, but he cuts about 20lbs, and I haven't seen anyone out-muscle him yet.
145-Joe Warren, a wrestler who out-muscled Kid Yamamoto in his last fight.
155-Sean Sherk. He's not called "The Muscle Shark" for nothing.
170-GSP. He's a stud.
185-Dan Henderson. He normally fights at a higher weight class and just has that farmer/wrestler strength.
205-Quinton Jackson. Power-bomb, anyone?

135- Miguel Angel Torres
145- Urijah Faber
155- Diego Sanchez
170- GSP
185- Dan Henderson
205- Lyoto Machida
Of course the strongest guy in the Heavyweight division is Shane Carwin. Brock may have the title for now but Carwin will take it from him with ease.

if you are asking who is physically strongest well here's my list
135-no idea
145-mike brown
155-sean sherk
170-thiago alves
185-not sure
205- houston alexander
With the heavy weights you probably think the consensus strongest person is Brock. I'm going to take it in another direction and say Shane Carwin is the strongest person in that division.

Pure Bench Pressing Power?
HW - I would have a hard time looking past Carwin, But Barnett if you include Roids
LHW - Rampage more than likely
MW - Tom Lawlor is one of them country brutes
WW - Thiago Alves
LW - Joe Stevenson
below that I would only be guessing - But look for the MFS guys or Team Punishment ones.
