What is wrong with my hamstring tendons?
Im weight lifting I did a hamstring workout on monday. My hamstring tendons feel sore. I can stretch as far as I usually can. When I massage my tendons they feel sore. I am a runner so I don't want it to effect me. They don't hurt when I run really.

Was it your first time doing this hamstring workout? If it was or if you haven't done it in awhile, it is most likely that your tendons are being used in ways that you haven't used them before and so it will be sore. Try ice or heat (which ever works better for you) and make sure you strech as much as you can. It will eventually go away. Keep doing your workout so you can build up strength and the soreness will not happen anymore.

when you do weight training you tear the muscles slightly, this is how thy grow your legs are feeling stiff then your just feeling them repairing. nothing to worie about
