Pooper scooper ideas!?
Just wondering if there was a better pooper scooper method. I have the little bags that work great when the poop is frozen/solid but I still manage to drag the handles in dog poop once in a while which is annoying. I've used those spring loaded plastic pooper scoopers but I have no outside hose to clean it off with and with my yard so uneven, sometimes it won't get the smaller pieces.
So has anyone out there come up with the perfect pooper scooper method yet?

There are commercially made pooper scoopers with long handles, using a rake or flattened spade on one and a flat bucket on the other. The feces are raked or pulled directly into the bucket side and then deposited into the trash receptacle without a need to touch the fecal matter at all.

I just use a flat garden shovel, the type you would use to shovel mulch off of your driveway when it's delivered. (Not the curved type for digging) Been using that for 4 decades. Works great on breaking up the poop that's frozen to the ground, as well.
