Double Aspect Theory?

Can someone explain to me what the double aspect theory is about? (Spinzo, 1652 - 1677) The stuff I have read about is way to technical. Examples would be great! Thank you :)

    this should be in the philosophy section

    essentially there is still philosophical debate centered around something known as the mind body problem

    where dualist maintain that a mental process is non-physical and or transcendental of the material world

    dual aspect theory argues that the mental process is physical

    it is an example of a monist resolution to the mind body problem
