You mean Freud, it would have to fall under nurture because nurture has to do with how you are brought up while nature is dependent mainly on instinct. The Ego, superego and Id is dependent on how you grew and where you grew up, etc.

both.. id is primal and innate (nature), superego is nurture (to pseudoquote Freud: a direct reflection on the ideals of the parents), and ego is the great balancer of the two.
