Is TNA any good nowadays?

I stopped watching iMPACT a long time ago, around the time that Black Goldust was there attacking people with a rat. I thought the storylines and feuds were getting wayyyyyyyy to stupid, like 1999-2000 WCW.

I was looking over the TNA title history the other day and noticed that A.J. had a 200 day title run and that RVD is the current champ.

Have things gotten any better and are they finally pushing the right guys or is the show still horrible?

Update:

Btw, Did Ric Flair ever mention exactly WHY he went to TNA?

He gets a classy send-off from the WWE and has a 5 star classic for his final match, but intead of gracefully retiring he chooses to feud with Hogan, AGAIN?

I know Hogan signed because he desperately needed the cash, but why the hell would Ric willingly put such a massive stain on his legacy?

TNA Wrestling is a very good wrestling promotion it offers a alternative

to WWE shows. They have a lot of great wrestlers on their TNA roster

Kurt Angle, AJ Styles, Rob Van Dam, Jeff Hardy, Samoa Joe, Desmond

Wolfe, Matt Morgan, MCMG, Generation Me, Mr. Ken Anderson and The

Brian Kendrick. I personally think that TNA Wrestling is way better than

the old WCW they got some great wrestling matches on their cards and

with some of the most talented wrestlers in professional wrestling today.

BQ:) "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair. Well he can't just stay away from the

sport after his retirement match in 2008 when Flair lost to Shawn Michaels

the Wwe gave him the biggest retirement ceremony in history probably we

have seen in years not even Shawn Michaels himself got that ceremony he

went to Ring of Honor and they hired Ric Flair to be the Commissioner there

in Ring of Honor and he was paid per appearances. That's exactly the reason

he went to TNA Wrestling "The Money" he's not earning as much compared

to the Wwe but he is still getting a paycheck and at the end of the day if you

are getting paid in your job you are financially secure. I really think he should

not be wrestling in the condition that he's in he's 60 years old and still there

wrestling in wars needing to see a doctor after his matches he's going to end

up getting hurt I think he should just stay there being a manager and help to

mentor AJ Styles which is what he's trying to do. Rumor is that they will be

starting up a new "Four Horseman" stable in TNA Wrestling the members in

the stable will be Ric Flair, AJ Styles, Frankie Kazarian, Desmond Wolfe and

Beer Money Inc. there is a spoiler I've been reading about on 24 Wrestlingcom

Ric Flair needs money too man. Believe it or not, after a pro-wrestling career is over...you best have a back-up plan because, there's no actual retirement plan. Ric had a finance company that went under years ago....so his back-up failed before his retirement. He sat around for months waiting for WWE to call him so he could make some on-screen appearances for cash (as they promised him), and they didn't call him for about 6 months. So he made the best logical decision and went to a wrestling company for work...it is his profession after all.

More of the same stuff you mentioned. But to spit on Black Reign's legacy is... well, deserved. Ric Flair also needs money, too. It's worse now that so many guys are writing the product.

I agree yet none of those issues particularly difficulty me. the sole component that bothers me is the incontrovertible fact that many youthful stars will now be held decrease back i.e Pope , Desmond Wolff , Matt ,Morgan in fact because of the fact human beings like Jarret , Sting , hall and Nash and Hogan wont enable bypass of that final draw close of glory they have left , TNA is transforming into yet im hoping that because of the fact of thier cult like status they could at last rid themselves of such rediculously previous wrestlers. additionally what i dont like is the incontrovertible fact that thier hell/face differences are a techniques too known , they dont particularly have a reliable heel like the WWE do i.e Orton , part , Y2J , huge teach , Miz , in simple terms bascially dont have human beings to earnings warmth because of the fact their charracter differences are too known and the stay followers dont particularly comprehend whos a heel or no longer. and that i'm going away that to Russo.

    Money

Also, what else does Flair have to do? He's been around wrestling for 30-40 years, it's all he knows. Maybe he just wants to be involved in wrestling anyway he can.

Besides, Vince wanted him to leave anyways (in kayfabe and real life)
