Which 8x AGP Graphics Cards Have and Support HDMI?

I think the question is pretty straightforward.

I have a GA-7VAXP motherboard, currently a 128MB Geforce4 TI-4800. It supports a basic VGA/SVGA cable. Do such 8x AGP cards exist that support HDMI?

Update:

Bjorn: Already did that, must of took a lot as much thought to make your answer as it did to make your name. The first card is DDR2 and I'm not sure if my motherboard supports it, which was the whole reason I asked.

Thanks for nothing.

Computer memory (RAM) has NOTHING to do with graphics card (GPU) memory; they are completely separate. you can have a DDR1 RAM, and you can use a graphics card with DDR2, GDDR3, GDDR4, or even GDDR5 memory.

All graphics memory (aka VRAM) does is help with displaying a image on your monitor - nothing else.

The HIS 4670 is a GDDR3 graphics card with VGA, DVI and HDMI inputs. It is also one of the most powerful AGP cards available...although compared to PCI-E X16 ones, it's not the best. This card will work for you as long as:

    1. You have a AGP X4 or X8 slot

    2. A powerful enough power supply to provide enough...power to power the graphics card and your whole system. I'd recommend that you get a quality PSU (power supply unit) that is at least 350W (400W to give you a bit more head-room)

    3. Enough space in your case to physically fit the card

    Quality, reliable PSU brands:

    - Corsair

    - Antec

    - OCZ

    - XFX

Your best bet is one of ATI's Radeon 4000 series cards in AGP- most have an HDMI port.

The 4650 is probably the pick- it has decent performance and isn't too expensive. If you're not interested in gaming even the 4350 is ugh for connecting to HDTV, but unfortunately it's not much cheaper. So spending $5 more gets you a card that's twice as fast.

Nvidia abandoned the AGP interface several years ago, before HDMI became mainstream (their last cards were the 7000 series, no series 8 or 9 cards were ever manufactured in AGP) so I doubt you'd find any AGP 8x GeForce cards with a native HDMI port. You could use a DVI to HDMI adapter, of course.

Just be sure to install ATI's hotfix for AGP cards.
