Is Iqama transfer regulation of 2yrs also aplicable for those who are transfering for 2nd time?
I have to transfer my Iqama 2nd time, 1st time it was transferred after 2 1/2 years after Entry in KSA. Almost one year and two months are passed to first transfer can I get transfer 2nd time even 2 years to first transfer are not yet been finished.
as I heard that 2 years restriction is only for first transfer. plz help.,

This is not problem of a sponsor but govenment rule, not to transfer any new commer unless he works with first sponsor for minmum 2 years,
I'm asking either it is mandatory for second time transfering to wait for 2 years from first transfer or that rule is applicable to only first time transfer.

Unfortunately YES. You have to work for your current sponsor at least TWO years before transferring your IQAMA to another sponsor wheather he was the first, second, third....etc. There is an exception when you are a permanent employee in a buisness entity, project or facility and the owner, contractor or operator has changed and therefore the new one will be your sponsor while you still work in the same location. The other exception is if your sponsor is a person and not a buisness entity and he has died or not cabaple any more to hold the responsibility of sponsorship.

No Freaking Idea. We are not the Ministry of Interior, never came across this scenario as well.
Tried to get some info from other sources, still no luck.

You can get transfer any time, it's depend on your sponser and who is ready to take your transfer.
