Are fireproof safes also waterproof?
I need to buy a good lockbox for my documents. I want one waterproof and fireproof. If it is labeled as fireproof should that also imply that it is waterproof as well?

Not all fireproof safes are water tight. You had better read the label real close. It will have to have gaskets in the door to be water tight. It would be best to store your documents in water tight containers inside the safe.

Yes. Wal Mart has some. Some of them are labeled water proof and fire proof.
