Infrequent Long run versus frequent short run ?

Just wondering, if i run 30 minutes each day and 6 times a week, or run 1 hour thrice a week at alternate day, which one burn more fat and works better for our body?

    It has been demonstrated that running longer will burn more fat that running for a shorter period of time. However, running in short bursts actually does more to improve cardiovascular health. Running for 1 hour, three times a week will burn more fat, but the difference will not be hued. Assuming you consume the same amount of calories each day, running for an hour forces your body to "dig" deeper into it's fat reserves than running for just 30 minutes. My suggestion is to choose which ever program is more convenient for you time-wise. I think that the latter would be best as it allows for more days of rest.
