  • How to trust my boyfriend again?

I have been dating a guy for a year.. beginning of this year, i started to get busy with my work.. hence, i travelled extensively and due to time zone difference we hardly talk with each other during the period of time.. One day, I found that he was cheating on me during the time. I was so furious and decided to end the relationship. But we end up together again after a few weeks time.. he begged me to forgive him and he was truly regretted of what he was doing. i decided to give each other a chance and we have been back together. (he used to do the same in the previous relationship).

Since then, we were together again.. but until recently i found that he has contacted someone i don't know or never heard of. I confronted him and he told me the reason why he hide this was because i will think wildly. He promised the person is just a friend. I believed him again but i started to be suspicious.. i started checking his phone while he was showering, my mood swing up and down whenever he is not around.. or never message me when his what's app show last seen was few minutes ago, i started to see him everyday.. if i do not see him for one day, i feel insecure. I hate myself for become someone crazy like this. I become a control freak and I always remind myself to keep myself cool, but i will back to doing all this stuff again.

I never realized that the betrayal hurt our relationship, or me so badly. I really really want to trust him again but i do not know how to. I still in love with him and i want to give the relationship another chance, i know doing all this will only bring the relationship to the end.

Please tell me what should i do? I am thinking to give the relationship a break and see how things go after that.. but i really love him and i do not want to end this.

    please help..

  • Flying to Detroit in Jan - is Chicago a good place to transit?

I am flying to Midland via Detroit from Japan Narita in January. There's not many option for flights beside Delta which fly direct from Narita to Detroit then Midland.

I noticed that there are options to transfer from Chicago to Detroit then Midland. However, my friend warn me that she has a very bad experience with chicago o'hare airport. She mentioned the airport is famous with flight delay and missing baggage. It seems pretty bad for me but I do prefer the flight available from Narita to Chicago.

Could you please share with me your experience with the airport? is it really that bad? Or i should just give it a shot? I am going Midland for an important business meeting hence i do not wish to get stuck in the airport or miss any flight to Midland.

    Thanks

  • How to lose hip fat with right exercise?

Hi I have been trying to lose weight since Sep last year. I have scheduled four cardio session either run or cycling for an hour each session every week. On top of that i go for regular body pump lesson for 3 - 4 times a week. My weight drop significantly since then I am now very close to my target weight. However, despite losing 10+ kg, my hip fat do not lose proportionally. I have then added in some exercise like squad, lift leg, sit up but it doesn't seems work.

May i know what's the reason my hip fat do not lose proportionally? What can i do to lose more hip fat? My body do not look nice as my lower body is still plump.

I will be flying to Christchurch this friday and touching down at Friday night time.

Then i will start my journey from Christchurch to Lake Tekapo - Akaroa-Kaikora-Picton-Nelson-Hamner springs and back to Christchurch again.

I will start my journey from this weekend. I would like to know what would i be expecting for the road condition? Will there be a lot of road closure? or icy road? or etc?

What should i be prepared for the journey, or i should postpone my trip for this instance?

    Appreciate your advice.. thanks.

  • How to handle this situation?

I worked with my previous employer for appx. 4 years. My performance was good hence i was promoted to manager role after working there for 3.5 years. However, I couldn't manage the stress after accepting the new role hence I left the company after four months on the role. The reason why i left was mainly due to the stress (push factor) + better remuneration package and lesser responsibility (pull factors) offered from my current employer (a headhunter approached me for this role).

After working one year with my current employer, i regretted for giving up the manager role. My current job is lacking of challenge and exposure. What i have learnt in the past are unable to apply to my current role due to the structure of the company.

My previous superior has recently approached me. He told me that's there's an opportunity open up in oversea. He know that I have the intention to join back the company and hence he recommended me to the hiring manager in oversea. However, there's no news since he sent out the recommendation letter. Two weeks later, my previous superior had approached me again. This time he had another opportunity within his team which he think i fit well for the role. With no reply from the oversea position, I have send in my application for the local role and went for the first interview.

My previous superior had a hard time after i resigned. I was one of his right hand man hence my resignation had actually given him a blow. He need to interview me again to ensure that i am mature enough to handle the stress now. Also, he would like to interview some external candidates before he can make the final decision.

The issue is now, i have received an invitation for interview from the oversea role which he recommended previous. At the first place, i was interested with the oversea role but with no reply after two weeks (please note that i have no contact with them as the recommendation email was send directly from my superior to the hiring manager), I assumed there's no chance hence i went for the interview for the local role. Now with the opportunity approaching, i would like to give it a try. But i am not sure whether it is appropriate if i go for the interview now especially after the first interview for the local role.

Could you please advice me how should i handle this? I would love to go for oversea role, but my previous superior has the hesitation due the incident. Hence, it may look bad on me for not thinking throughly before apply for the local role.

Should I let him know the opportunity has approached me and i would like to give it a try? or i should just give up the oversea opportunity since i have gone for the local role interview. Could you please share your thought? I am in a dilemma as he has the hesitation and i really do not want to disappoint him now.

What should i do? Please let me know your thought ? thanks

  • Should i feedback to my boss?

I have a colleague who go around and tell everybody in the office that she doesn't like to sit next to me in the office. She used to be a my mentor and we were in a good term at the beginning stage. However, she is getting personal at work and stop talking to me in after few months for some unknown reason. Since then, she has been bad mouth with everyone in the office about me. I keep my profile low and still maintaining good terms with all colleagues in the office. However, things get worst and she is getting more aggressive and paranoid. I am getting piss with the situation. I tried to keep myself cool and maintain my professionalis but the things just keep annoying me.

I will try not to bring up this kind of issue to my boss but this is irritating and affecting my performance. Should i feedback to my boss on this?

  • My job is less challenge... yet stress free.. work life balance and good pay..?

I have recently joining a new company. It is a bigger and well structure MNC compare to my previous employer. I received better remuneration package and benefits for a lower grade job with lesser responsibility. However, I found myself unhappy with the new job. The job scope which I am currently doing is much less challenge as compare to the previous job. I feel that what i learnt in my previous company cannot be applied in my current role. Instead, the things which i am currently handling is actually something which my ex-subordinate used to be handling. Recently, it is getting worst. I am listless in office and I lost all my passion on work. I feel guilty but I really don't enjoy doing the works. I am not sure what's the reason. Is it because of the people? the work? My current company is considerably a good company, but i find myself getting frustracted adapting into the company way of doing things and I started to miss my previous jobs and colleagues. (I am very closed with ex-colleagues but my current colleagues are just fine.. )

I am now considering to quit my job and looking for a new one. But I worry I may regret for giving up such a good job which is work life balance, easy and stress free yet good pay. My friends are all against my ideal for resigning and they are saying that I used to be working too hard and is time to take a slower pace in life. What should i do? I am really confuse and not sure what should i do next... can you share with me your experience if you have the same problem before.. thanks..

  • How to fight for my rights for being cheated for internet sales?

I have purchased a new pets clipper from internet today. It is posted in the internet with photos for Korean brand. I asked the girl whether the clipper is still available and brand new and she said yes and she has only one and it is a stronger power model. We agreed on the price and meet up place. When i reached the place, as there's no parking space nearby, I stop the car outside the train station to collect the item. By looking at the box it looks brand new and i quickly paid the item and left. When i reached home and opened up the box, i found that the item is old and with scrathes on the item. Worst, it is a different brand from China. I called the girl for a returned and she rejected me. She said it is close case deal as i ahve already seen the goods and paid the money.

I felt cheated. Although this is only $60 deal but i am very piss for her attitude. How should i file a claim for this kind of case. I know it is partly my fault for not checking the item but it is obviously she is being dishonest.

What can i do to fight for my right. Thanks.
