Why my weight is not reducing with lesser calorie intake + frequent exercise?
I am 32 years old, with 171cm/H and 78kg/W.
I have been exercise on a schedule as below.
Tue & Thur - one hour body pump + one hour cycling at 30km/hr.
Friday - One hour body pump
Sat & Sun - Bicycling (30km)/Running (10km) for one hour.
I am cutting my diet to 1400kcal daily. However, my weight have been stagnant for two weeks with schedule above.
Am i exercise too much or cutting too much of calorie intake? How could I lost more weight? I have been losing 7kg for past one month but my weight have been maintained at 78kg since then.
What should i do next to lost more weight?

You can try to change your exercise routines for 1 week and also what kind of calories you are taking in. So instead of cycling do an hour of cardio mixed with weight training. Instead of jogging try sprinting mixed with lunges, squats, deadlifts and so forth. Also, cut out sugars for a week and see what happens - no cereal, bread, pasta, rice, fruit, yogurt. Sometimes you need to trick your body to get over the hump

combine your resistance training with short bursts of high intensity cardio to increase your post workout calorie burn
