How to lose hip fat with right exercise?

Hi I have been trying to lose weight since Sep last year. I have scheduled four cardio session either run or cycling for an hour each session every week. On top of that i go for regular body pump lesson for 3 - 4 times a week. My weight drop significantly since then I am now very close to my target weight. However, despite losing 10+ kg, my hip fat do not lose proportionally. I have then added in some exercise like squad, lift leg, sit up but it doesn't seems work.

May i know what's the reason my hip fat do not lose proportionally? What can i do to lose more hip fat? My body do not look nice as my lower body is still plump.

Could you please share with me your experience? Thanks.

Get a pilates machine with a cardio-board, the're well worth the money! You can exercise all parts of your body but are especially good for the legs and thigh and hips, you usually get videos with them showing you how to use the machine and the exercises for specific areas, I bought mine off e-bay second hand and it cost me £150, and its brilliant, money well spent!!!

I'm no expert but as far as I know you can't target a specific area of your body to loose fat. When you burn fat, fat is burned however your body does it and I think it has nothing to do with the exercise as far as targeting fat goes. Cardio is the fastest most efficient way of doing it. I don't think it targets any specific area to burn fat. Your body will burn fat in whatever way it does irrelevant to the exercise.
