Am I allowed to send a package from my mailbox?

I need to send a few packages to my friends in the US, Japan, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. The packages are already wrapped and have the address on it. If I stick on enough stamps to be sent to my friends and leave it in my mailbox, will the mailman take the package? Some of my packages are small, and some are big.

If not, do I have to take all of my packages to the nearest post office to send it?

You have two issues: postage and weight. If it has stamps on it and it weighs over 13 ounces then the FAA won't let it fly, unless it has been checked at a post office. Also if you use too many stamps it could set off a red flag as far as security issues. I would take it to the post office. If you're going to be sending out parcels on a regular basis go to USPS.com and find out how to set up an account and how to get a cheap scale. Then when you need to send something out you just go to USPS.com and setup a free carrier pickup.

It probable won't remember, however the out of city container could be extra effective. on your FYI, the APO mail container, there are 2, one is on the east coast, one on the west. The east coast is APO AE, west, APO AP. as quickly as the mail, or kit gets to the APO container, it gets transferred to a protection tension airplane, or a leased advertisement airplane. The mail will hit some places alongside the way, then it is going to finally attain its trip spot. One letter will many times take everywhere from 7 to fourteen days, counting on the way it became despatched. yet another FYI, you're basically paying postage to the APO container, to not Iraq, or anyplace the letter is going. So, if somebody is telling you a letter will value you $5 or something different than one stamp, they're incorrect.

I would take them to the PO to ensure I get enough postage on them and not one penny more. Slapping stamps on a package without knowing if you've go enough or too much is wasted money and wasted effort.

I'd take them to the PO. The mailman can't be responsible for them.

If you first pickup the priority box they offer, they will pick them up when they are ready to go, but it is for PRIORITY level only.
