Why did my car go off for an instant?

I have a car that is almost 10 years old. Sometimes, when i drive it at a high speed, all of a sudden it goes totally off (mostly when I flash light). It happens for a fraction of a second. The power goes totally off. All meters reach 0 and de car goes silent. after a fraction of i second, it is again back 2 normal. Recently when i applied break, the car went totally off 4 a slightly longer time, and later i noticed that the time was reset, which means the car was fully off (time runs even when i remove the key and leave the car).

The car is not going off. If the car went off, then you would have to turn the key to restart the engine.

What is going off is the electrical system. Either there is a loose wire or you need a new battery.

I think its an internal problem related with car company. It might be a problem of gear shifting while driving the car.You can go to the service centre.
