Brutus for my Pioneers?

I have 2 pioneer subs w3002d4. I just came off the Hifonics Hfi line HF1500. (Hit hard but it didn't sound too good on quality) and I'm thinking about switching to brutus. The brz1200 seems to fit the subs nice but would I be pushing it if I went with the brz1700? Just asking for opinions.

I DON'T THINK THE BRUTUS WILL NECESSARY GIVE YOU BETTER SOUND QUALITY, TRY SWITCHING BRANDS PERHAPS...

I WOULD GO WITH A KICKER, ROCKFORD, JL AMP, EVEN AN ALPINE AMP BEFORE HIFONICS...

Nah just turn down the gain. The more the amps rated at the less stress it has to deal with when operating at lower gain level but putting out same power than an amp rated at lower power. Go by RMS ratings too fyi
