How should I maximize cool air flow from outside into my room?

Left my windows while during the day, and now my room temperature is above comfort zone. Now that it has cooled down significantly outside for the night, how should I maximize cool air flow from outside?

Because the way this house is shaped, my window doesn't usually get good air flow from outside. I only have a fan to assist, but the height of the fan is below the window.

If you can place the fan in a window in another room to exhaust air out, it will draw outside air in through other open windows, the fewer the faster.
