Best non greying WHITE EYE LINER for Brown to dark skin?
My Budget is $10 so please suggest me name with the price pls. And I live in a Asian warm country, heat is way too much so keep in mind which doesn't smudge.

NEVER use white eyeliner on you're skin type white is only for really pale ppl. It will look way to harsh try a skin tone flesh color like rimmels eyeliner it will look way more natural and less harsh
