Can I be DQ'ed for being underweight at meps?

I have to go to meps on Tuesday. I get weighed on Wednesday. I'm enlisting in the National Guard and this is something I really want to do. The only problem is that I'm 126 pounds when I need to be 132. I've been eating and working out but I have a really high metabolism and I just burn it right off. Will I get DQ'ed?

Yes you can get DQ'd for being under the minimum weight at MEPS. Just tell your recruiter and they will schedule you another day. Try to eat alot of fast food and foods that are high in fat to get the the minimum weight. you can also try going to the gym to put some muscle on as well.

Bro, relax. 132 is the weight you have to be under. You don't have exactly be at 132 lbs. You're good to go.
