What is the best Hello Kitty Digital Camera for a 11 year old kid?

Even for a 11 year old I feel that you should be looking at a mainstream brand such as Nikon, Canon, Sony, Olympus, Panasonic. Clearly anything called Hello Kitty is simply a re-labeled product from a cheap brand,and thus may not give good service. Only if the 11 year old is desperate to have something called "Hello Kitty" should you consider such a brand. The price of the H K will be not much cheaper than the good brands. All cameras from the good brands have LCD screens. Avoid Vivitar, another cheap and not very cheerful brand, and avoid any 'stores own brand'.

I am now not certain what you can get for that fee, but I want to let you know not to get a childrens form camera, they've very bad high-quality although they are sturdy. I made that mistake with my granddaughter, I subsequently simply gave her my old digital digicam.
